We’re thrilled to support the work of I-DIEM University! Our team has been hard at work creating online courses focused on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) within the field of emergency management, with specific emphasis on environmental justice. As organizations across the globe are recognizing the urgent need to address inequality and improve resilience, these courses will empower professionals to approach emergency management through an inclusive and justice-centered lens.

Each course is designed to engage learners with real-world scenarios, interactive exercises, and case studies that bring complex EDI concepts to life. From breaking down the social and historical roots of environmental injustices to teaching practical, culturally responsive strategies for emergency response, our goal is to provide participants with knowledge they can apply in their communities and careers.
